Concept: Create a Sequential Boss
Screen Restrictions: 640x480 area fixed
Bullet Limit: none
Part Limit: none
Other Rules: The boss has at least 3 stages but no more than 5. A stage can either be:
Deadline: One week after someone accepts the challenge
Judge: Whoever wants to be, cannot be the person accepting the challenge (to prevent bias)
