-FRAXY- "Attack Usage" Boss

Now, what's this all about? I decided to try something and see if anybody will join. This challenge I present to you all today is the "Attack Usage" Boss challenge because I am too lazy to think of a gimmicky, nice, smart wording or witty name.
Purpose? Create a boss that concentrates on unleashing "attacks" instead of long-running bullet patterns and spam. What do I mean by this? I mean try making a boss that does not focus on unleashing long running streams of bullets in a pattern that last a looong time until it moves on to the next pattern or dies, and instead try making a boss that releases attacks in shorter bursts or with actions instead of creating infinitely long lasting spray of bullets a beautiful (or completely spammy) matter (there are several exceptions to this though, like for charging, minorly long lasting attack, "passive" bullet shooting, etc).
Examples to elaborate on this? Have a look at Firefox11's "fighting bosses", Palanarx (ignoring the two final attacks) and stuff like that.
Why is this so horribly explained? Because I suck at explaining, but I think most of you if not all should get what I mean. (Also, don't mistake this as "humanoid fighting bosses" and all make sideways humanoid mechs that do fighting moves-you can if you want to though)
Rules and Limitations? There are none! Except for not making every single attack a long lasting curtain of bullets.
Deadline? I'll see if there's anybody willing to even join first.
*waits to probably have almost no or absolutely no participants*
