This was inspired by that lightning thing PQ was doing.

Please Try it on the BulletHell Player type. It's what it's designed for. Works with any Weapon Slot.
Type 1 just negates the effect of Player_Heat.
Type 2 does that and reduces the amount of energy consumed by Abs.Shield, making it last longer.
Edit: Polished it alittle and minor fix to AbsShield2.fed
