Unsure if natural passive skills are supposed to exist, but everyone kind of has them. At any rate, if they are indeed needed (those are general ideas):
- Swift Strike: After issuing an 'Attack' command, Caroline gains [X ammount of SPD, a % would make this passive useful the whole game] for the next turn, even on a miss, block or parry. Swift Strike can be stacked if Caroline issues 'Attack' commands turn after turn (giving her potentially infinite SPD, unless the bonus SPD is capped at a certain %). If passives have to be learnt via equipped weapons, Swift Strike would be acquired by leveling Punching Weapons / Unarmed.
- Stone Skin: Caroline's DEF increases by [X ammount, a % would make this passive useful the whole game] after each physical hit received during that turn. The bonus DEF stacks and is restored to 0 after the turn ends. If passives have to be learnt via equipped weapons, Stone Skin would be acquired by leveling Shields.
- Deadly Precision: After successfully landing a hit, Caroline's CRT is augmented by [X ammount, possibly 1 to prevent overpoweredness]. The bonus stacks if another successful hit is delivered in the next turn, but it's lost if Caroline misses, the attack is parried or blocked, Caroline is unable to act that turn, or she casts an spell / uses an item. If passives have to be learnt via equipped weapons, Deadly Precision would be acquired by leveling Shields.
Crushing Blow: Strike an enemy with a stone fist. Deals moderate physical damage (1.2 normal damage or so), with low chance to stun the target. Earth elemental. Rockslide Kick: Kick an enemy with great force (1.8 normal damage or so), causing rocks to hit other targets.Moderate physical non-elemental damage to target enemy, adjacent enemies receive a portion of that physical damage (~0.7) as Earth element. Gaia's Fury: Infuse an ally with Gaia's Fury. Allied target gains a significant boost on ATP, but slightly reduced DEF. Spire Dive: Lunge at an enemy with sharp rock fists. Deals double ammount of physical damage, piercing defense. Neutral element. Eruption: Creates a rift on Earth's surface, causing an eruption. All enemies receive Earth magical damage. Gaia's Wrath: Consecutively attack a target during several turns. Attack a target five times at 1.2 physical damage the first turn, the final hit sending the target skyhigh with Caroline jumping after it, rendering both of them untargetable for the remainder of that turn and disabling the target. At the start of the next turn, the target is smacked on the ground for 2x physical damage and then hit by a meteor for Earth magical damage.
Protect: Caroline stands in front of an ally, taking physical hits and single target spells aimed towards that ally for a turn. This skill always goes first. Caroline gains stat buffs as if she was Defending for that turn. Teluric Treatment: Caroline heals an allied target and gives them increased DEF for that turn. Taunt: Caroline tries to make the enemies attack her for a turn. This skill always goes first. Successfully taunted enemies cannot flee, use items or cast spells or skills for that turn. Spire Armor: Shields an ally with a layer of rocks. The target receives a significant DEF buff, but lowers the SPD. Non-ranged enemies physically attacking a shielded ally will take a portion of the damage dealt. Stone Wall: Erects a protective wall around the team. Party gains a significant DEF and RES buff, as well as gaining extra resistance to Earth and Fire, but slight weakness to Water and Wind. Earth Blessing: Revives an ally at the cost of some HP. Fully restores a downed party member HP at the cost of half of Caroline's current HP.
Imbue: Imbue an allied weapon with Earth magic. Target's weapon becomes Earth elemental and gains an ATP buff for a few turns. Spire Shot: Fire a piercing rock at an enemy. Deals 1.5x physical, piercing, Earth damage. Magma Bolt: Reduces an enemy DEF stat. Deals moderate magic damage and reduces an enemy DEF stat. Rock Spread: Attack all enemies at once with chance to stun. Deals moderate physical damage with a slight chance to stun all enemies hit. Meteo: Hurl a massive meteor at the enemy. Deals high physical damage to all targets with a fair chance to stun. Melting Blast: Fire a high temperature magma laser at the enemy. Deals high magical damage to all targets, with a low chance to cause Death to targets hit.
(Human version) I'd be surprised if I really had to type how she looks really
Caroline was born in a countryside village, which happened to be in a very dangerous zone due to criminal activity. Her parents died when she was very young, so an old lady owning a farm took care of her in the village. As she grew up, helping the lady in the farm, a hate towards all the criminals that constantly made the villagers life miserable was born. Being a decisive person, she decided to train her body to act as a defender of the village, eventually discovering her skills with Earth based magic and how to amplify her strength with them.
Caroline is a decisive and strategist person. Tends to remain calm on most situations and only talks when necessary, never fearing to take action. She will usually step up for the defenseless due to what she has lived. All that fighting has left a 'scar' on her, though: when facing stronger foes, a stong battle lust makes her blood boil, making her engage in battles that she might not be able to win just to test her strength.
"I kind of feel weir*looks down*d... When did I grew boobs!?"
Reaction would be to freak out at first, trying to calm down and adapt to do normal life activities, while possibly asking the people who are they / me / where are we / why are there bandits going to town and people expecting me to do something about it. After much needed explanations (and since I know how Caroline is) I'd likely take her role in the village. Probably lacking in some aspects, which would likely make the villagers think there's something wrong with me / Caroline for a while / always, which would probably be a tell-tale sign to outworlders that there's something going on. The whole fighting thing, well; I've never been involved in a skirmish (other than a fight against the class bully when I was 7 or 8, which ended with him crying), so I'd probably get hurt a lot and / or need some time to be able to do something.

Edited character profile a bit. Added "waking up in this reality" reaction, changed Status weakness a bit. (removed confusion, leaving only Blindness)
More will be added later (skills, such as interaction with party, description, etc).

VR still needs to do his character skills (Which will do well to determine his "summary class", as the above are), otherwise I have a pretty good idea of how each character's going to play out.
Unless anyone wants to bitch and moan now. (MintE)
