Carius chuckles as he hefts his warhammer. "You and me both, friend. And why am I here? I suppose it's penance." He tilts his head at the three. "So, what are your names?" He moves with the group, keeping an eye out.

You see a bunch of slimes gathered around another slime, black in color. It seems to be wielding a gun.
Black Slime: Yea, have some more of this!
He shoots one shot and kills most of the slimes. You don't need to help, it seems.
Black Slime: Come on, don't you slimes have enough speed?
Phew. That was easy, but tiring.
The black slime looks at you. He smiles when he sees your emblem.
Black Slime: Another Dragon Hunter, huh? After the last ones got trapped, we had to go fight some Dimensional Creatures. Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot to tell you my name. I'm Thief Slime. Well, actually, I'm Boss Slime now. Pleased to meet you.
The Boss Slime picks up a phone.
Boss Slime: Hey, Jeremy, go to Golderia and talk to the king there. I'm done with the Dimensional Slimes here. Found new Dragon Hunters. Call you later.
Well, you see, no man ever defeated me in a fight. At least, no regular man.
...
Oh, the chest? Here, have it. I think it's a bow or something. Useless for me.
Simon got an Iron Bow! (+3 ATK, ranged)
Boss Slime: I'll see you around.
The Boss Slime leaves you.

I sigh at the motley crew sent to kill me, or at least attempt to.
"More idiots, as Saneol had said."
Action: Toss a fireball at Wild Wolf 1.
I conjure a Fireball, then hurl it at great speed towards one of the Wild Wolves.
"Too easy. That 'whatever-that-blew-us-up' was stronger.
