Arbus chills. If he had a cigar, he'd light it.

Oh wait, he does.

Arbus smokes one.

“Oh. Hey. I'm not dead. I think.”
“Who on earth are you?”
“Heyo, everyone calls me Pikachu. I don't really ask why anymore, it got kinda hard to tell when people were being sarcastic when they said to get away from them or they'd smash me with a mallet, or when they actually meant it. I got eaten, but fortunately no one ever told Ugly to chew his food. I tried to claw my way out, but I'm pretty sure I don't have to explain to you guys how hardy this guy was. I could tell something was going on outside, but I didn't expect him exploding because of it.”

(OOC: I kinda wish I'd been listed as an item from the boss, honestly.)

With a sigh of relief, Itane picks himself up off the ground. Taking a few moments to wipe the blood off his sword, the Knight rummages among the spoils his foe had. After a quick scavenge, he finds another tome - Possibly from the Planar Knights? He certainly hoped so. In addition, he found some robes, a magical ring, and a scepter. The ring he pocketed, whilst the magic implements he carried over to the rest of the group. With a smile, he bows before the trio of unlikely allies - A fiend, a Seraphic, and another Moluen.

"I..ah. Thank you very much for the assistance, good sirs. You certainly saved my life! Honestly, I never expected to come across something like that so early in the mines. Though, then again, things can't possibly get any harder after this, can they? Ehehe.." Itane scratches the back of his head and grins, chuckling lightly. "Regardless! I am forever in your debt. Can I inquire about your names..?"

He nods in turn at their responses, taking a brief moment to look over their own spoils. All of them seemed somewhat fitting for who obtained them...except for the demon's axe. While he wasn't paying attention, the fiend managed to grab it. With yet another bow, he humbly presents himself to the sorcerer. "Sir Extania, was it..? Ah..If it would so permit you, might I weild the beast's weapon? I may be wrong, but at a first glance...well. Three wizards don't have much use for physical weapons, do they? I'd be happy to offer up my own spoils in return for it." The knight gestures towards the robe and scepter, indicating what he didn't particularly needed.

Before he could get a response, however, yet another Moluen appeared - This one from the Kobold's remains. A rather bright-yellow one with pointed ears. Once more, Itane did his greeting ritual - He approached the creature and bowed before it.
"Greetings, sir Pikachu. Its always a pleasure to meet a friendly face in such hostile territory. What were you doing down here on your own, and so poorly prepared? Why...In fact, none of you have a torch. Didn't you purchase one before entering the mines? The residents of Djentel warned how dark it gets down here..!"

Level up!
+98 MHP
+77 STR
+87 INT
+143 CUR
+153 KNW
+78 AGI

Itane reads his Tier 1 Generic Skillbook and his Tier 1 Class Skillbook. In addition, he tries to trade for the greataxe from those who saved him, due to being the only one proficient in such weapons.

Arbus lets the fiend lead the interrogation and flips out the small, dusty handbook from the body of eviscerator. Might contain something useful.

(Read the generic skillbook.)

Pikachu bowed in response. He wasn't very formal by nature, but he felt it was appropriate to return the gesture.

“To tell the truth, I got chased in here by a bunch of people. There's this little town not too far from the entrance that really doesn't like Moluen, and they decided to go on a crusade a few days back. I'm not sure how many of us were caught, or escaped into the Depths, or even managed to get away entirely — we were separated pretty quickly. I figured my best bet would be to find somewhere to hide and hope for some explorers to come and help me, but hiding places were in short supply. I ended up just running around as fast as I could, and that landed me inside Ugly over there.
“And over there.
“And there.
“There's some there, too.”

He didn't look sad, or upset at his conditions; rather, he looked almost — disinterested. To him, this was just another trial he was going to have to fight through or perish from. He was still cautious of these warriors, as well, wondering if they planned to leave him, or use him as a distraction, or even just eat him. They hadn't consciously saved him, no; before the Kobold exploded, they had no idea he was inside it. To them, he might appear as nothing but a liability — a resource to be utilized at best.
