What will we make out of the lock-on?
"A more powerful attack, somewhat obviously."
That's a given, yes, but what then would you make out of a target lock?
"Something familiar, yet effective."

Flash Slash
A weakened version of the Praetorian Strike. Boosts to Mach 2, then slashes the target at high speed, dealing extremely heavy damage that depends on the weapon used. (Currently: Guard Breaker [non-elemental, destroys enemy defenses])

flash slash with the guard breaker causes alot of damage to the shell, you hear a *crack* - power-13000

NOIR cannons deal more damage to the shell, the cracking sound gets louder - power-1400

the enemy stabs its tail into the ground making stalagmites come out of the ground, causing damage and now there's stalagmites in the way

your photon cannon widens a few of the cracks in the shell while breaking a couple of the stalagmites - power-100

the sweeping slash clears all the stalagmites and slices the shell of the enemy open - power-1500

the shell split open, the enemy panicked then faded out of sight
