If it isn't a complete clusterfeck when in full screen like I know some things can be, then sure. Otherwise not really.

Well, maybe. I have A Piecemeal Dual Monitor Setup, so even if it is cluttered I can just move stuff out the way to the next monitor. But even then, I tend to keep the stuff I need most on the main monitor, so if I go Fullscreen, the tools I need shouldn't take up too much space as to negate the usefulness of it.
