I'd have to disagree. My vote wholly goes towards Dualer's boss. I like the variety in his. Every attack didn't feel directly copied from somewhere else (which is how I felt during Suzeku's boss). Additionally Dualer's boss was very smooth, nothing was too jarring (Can't say the same about Suzeku's however as there was a slight jump when it changed attacks). Now this isn't to say that Dualer's boss was perfect.
