Bullet limit <= 1

Theme: Create boss with enemy bullet limit <= 1

Limit: No parts limit, but enemy bullet limit must be 1 or lower for whole fight

Screen size: Any

Deadline: [strike]1 month 20th August[/strike] TBA :V

Hint for novice fraxians: Turn on 'count' button and you will see Enemy Bullet limit counter in top-right corner of Edit window

Let me guess... a purely physical enemy, with one bullet to complicate stuff? That makes sense.

Meaning, it can be zero. Basically this is a parts-only boss contest. Be it completely physical in nature, or with parts graphics as bullets

Yes, that's it

EDIT: I allowed 1 bullet limit because some stuff like barriers, ewalls and w/e actually affects bullet counter

O Hai my old Tetran boss. What are you doing now with tentacles that don't even bend or retract, a core wide-open in the back, a worse design, and worse attacks too (only counting the non-bullet using ones, that is).

Yes I feel you copied almost entirely off my old Tetran. Not that I'm mad or anything though, I just am pointing this out.
